DeClutter ~ DeSign was founded by Lesley Adams in 2001 in Jackson, MS. When she underwent the DeCluttering process in her own life, she found such transformation that she made it her mission to help others also.

DeClutter ~ DeSign has since expanded with additional organizers and a substantial client base in Memphis, TN, offering services throughout the Mid-South and Southeast region.

Lesley graduated from Mississippi College with a degree in Mass Media Communications and Theatre. For eight years, she worked as a television news producer in various cities at stations for all four major networks. Producing live TV was excellent training for being organized down to the second. She traded in that stressful life to help create peace and joy for the best clients any organizing firm has ever had. Lesley no longer settles for perfection, realizing that the excuse of perfectionism is an unattainable standard. She daily strives for excellence and teaches clients that same concept, providing freedom and relief for those seeking balance not bondage.

Lesley is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, and is currently the Marketing Director for the Memphis Chapter of NAPO.
